We make our way out of the hustle and bustle that is Sydney after all travellers have been picked up. Along the way your guide will give you details of the day’s itinerary, what to expect, and crack a few jokes. So sit back and relax while we play some classic Aussie tunes.

The Royal National Park

As we make our way through the Royal National Parks enjoy a winding scenic drive through the worlds second oldest national park only second to Yellow Stone NP. Spot native wildlife in the nearby bushes such as kangaroos, rainbow lorikeets and skinks.

From the Bush to the Beach

Arriving in the heart of the National Park we now take off on foot for a 45 minute hike into the native blue gum bush lands. Look out for wildlife along the way and enjoy the ancient bushland. Half way through the walk you’ll be greeted by spectacular view of the coast line from the various lookouts. Spot humpback whales in the ocean below before heading down to Burning Palms beach and walk through heritage shacks.

Figure 8 Pools

Before getting to the secret Figure 8 Pools we will have to cross some rocky terrain along the high cliffs and isolated golden sandy beach coastline. The cliff walk is a little difficult but its worth it as we reach the pools during low tide. Hop into your swimmers and take a plunge into the rock pools or keep walking further along the coast line where you will have magnificent views of the ocean. Enjoy a delicious lunch served out for you on the beach before heading to our next awesome destination.

Cliff Walk to Wedding Cake Rock

In the afternoon we will head to the start of the coastal cliff walk where the views get even better and better. Look down along the edge of the ocean and steep rugged cliffs of white and pink sandstone on one side and native bushland on the other. Stop and take a photo at any one of the million picturesque spots along the cliff before we arrive at an incredible sandstone rock formation that is White Rock also known as Wedding Cake Rock. Take a bite if you dare!

Heading Home

After a full day in the Royal National Park we will head back home. Share your stories, social media contacts, and photos with your new and wonderful friends.
